There are many upgrades throughout the home including a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large kitchen island with granite counter tops with and extra large deep farm sink. A beautiful dining room which seats 6-8 comfortably. Ultra comfortable beds with extra blankets & pillows. Super fast free wi-fi, smart TV's is all the bedrooms and a large 75" Qled TV in the Family room for a great fun movie night. Totally furnished with all high end quality pieces. In addition, for those who want to experience the comfort of home without the hassle, a linen service is included in the rates for a complete turnkey experience. This is also a smart house so no keys are necessary.

Summary: Overall, we loved this home. Stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space for eating/playing/sleeping. House is beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and the linen rental made it very easy. Location was great for ease of access to the beach/Fenwick/Ocean City, as well as some groceries and restaurants. Alan was very responsive. The only drawback was the gas station that is literally across the street. Cars exit right in front of the house, which made it very loud at night in the front two bedrooms. If noise bothers you at night, bring a loud sound machine!

Summary: The perfect house for three adult couples who like to not share bathrooms but love to share meals and conversation. Worried that the weather would ruin our stay we got out to Assateague Island for a great three hour walk despite iffy weather - the next day we did almost 10,000 steps exploring Ocean City - found plenty of ice cream, conveinent to groceries and used the pool and the patio grill. Owner Alan has stocked the house with some great kitchen items (mixer/ waffle maker). Everything felt very new and comfortable.

Summary: This villa is wonderful. Truly a 5 star experience. It was clean (spotless) and great thought and care went into every detail to make for a comfortable & enjoyable stay. This property is less than 20 minutes away from OCMD, but this area in Delaware, although quieter, was very nice and for us a welcome break. We made use of the community pool close by, went to Fenwick Island beach (10 min away). There was an area at the beach with fishing rod holders & my husband was able to enjoy fishing. There’s also plenty of restaurants, a Harris Teeter & Food Lion (2 min drive) & farms that sell fresh produce. The few questions we had were promptly answered. Alan & Susan are first class host. Will definitely be visiting again.

Summary: We had a family reunion of 40 at my brothers house about 1 mile away. It was so easy for our family to ho back and forth to all the activities. The house was clean, neat, and had everything we could have needed. Loved it and will stay for our next reunion.
